Why this instead of YouTube tutorials?

Free video teaches you a single repair. Torquebench is sequenced as a curriculum — each module ends in a scored quiz and ships with diagrams you can keep on the bench. The author of every module is a working technician or shop owner, not a content channel. The same module is still on the bench in 2031 when the same harness faults again.

How does this compare to UTI or Penn Foster?

Are the certificates accepted by real shops?

Each track issues a completion certificate after the scored module quiz — track-level, working-shop shaped, signed by the author. It is a completion credential, not an ASE certificate and not a state license. Working shops recognize it as evidence the holder finished the same material working techs use on the bench; it is not a substitute for employer-mandated certifications where those are required.

What exactly is in the wiring kit?

The Library + Wiring Kit tier ships a standalone harness loom wired the same way the on-screen diagrams wire it: pinouts match, wire colors match, splice-by-splice isolation matches. The kit is the part you would otherwise source wire-by-wire — a complete, labeled harness you splice at the bench exactly as shown in the wiring module. Ships worldwide with a 2–4 week window. The diagram-only track remains a complete program on its own, so the kit is optional and the library still works without it.

What is the refund policy?

Email torquebench@polsia.app within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no need to explain, no forms to fill. Replies usually arrive within one working day. After 30 days the team still reads every message and will work with you case by case, but the no-questions-asked window is the first 30 days.
